項目陳述|PROJECT STATEMENT
熱風集團高管湖南漢壽培訓中心項目坐落在湖南省漢壽縣的一個小村落之中，場地的原本狀態為業主的一棟年久失修的傳統中國南方穿斗式木結構民居。門前參天大樹，小橋流水，稻香鳥語，環境極為自然淳樸，業主希望重建一棟既可以滿足其集團公司高管培訓的處所，同時能作為一個家族團員聚會之地。
該木建筑引進日本的梁柱式木建筑建造技術，結合中國的材料及生活習慣打造一座生態優雅、綠色環保的木建筑。通過研究不同的設計要素，例如光影與環境，材料和空間構成，周邊地形地勢的分析等要素，最終確定為一個半圍合的整體建筑布局，一方面充分滿足了建筑內部及庭院采光的需要，同時也保證了建筑的內部隱私，迎合了整個地形布局變化，延續發展了中國東方的四合院落的人文精神。

主體建筑“母屋”的位置為基于原場地老房子屋后方進行擴充而的來的，建筑前方通過竹編柵欄圍合成一個半開放的前庭，穿過前庭，走過老房子進入的則是一個進入“母屋”前的過渡庭院，同時利用該庭院將其與鄰居的地塊分隔開來，并采用柵欄以障景和移步換景的手法引導進入建筑的玄關。玄關通過低窗框景的手法，透過玻璃窗可以看到夾雜在“老屋”和“母屋”中間的狹長的庭院，增添了空間樂趣，同時也滿足了玄關部分的采光需要。建筑中心則是一個獨立私密的大庭院，庭院內種植景觀植物和小品，提升了空間的趣味性，增強了母屋和高屋的對景效果。

大廳外是L型廊道，穿過廊道則是建筑中心的大庭院，庭院內種植景觀植物和小品，提升了空間的趣味性，增強了母屋和高屋的對景效果。

結構|STRUCTURE
