北大未名森林康養教育展示房是位于湖南省長沙市內的一個以康養教育研究為目的一個示范性項目。甲方北大未名生物工程集團有限公司是主要從事生物工程和制藥兩大領域的生物工程企業集團，依據甲方的使用需求建造1棟以康養辦公為目的面積約100㎡的辦公用木建筑以及6棟用于呼吸康養治療的面積不大于20㎡的帶有獨立衛生間的小型木屋,以供其進行康養教育研究。

The forest rehabilitation education exhibition room of BDWM is a demonstration project which for the purpose of education and research is located in Changsha,Hunan province. Sinobioway is mainly majored in two areas, biological engineering and pharmaceutical enterprises. according to the needs of the proprietor, to build 1 houses for the purpose of health care office area of about 100㎡ office buildings and 6 small wooden buildings whitch are used for respiratory health care，and less than 20 ㎡ with independent toilet, for the health care education research.

結構|STRUCTURE

辦公用房采用井干式木結構，呼吸康養房則考慮到建筑的氣密性和保溫性要求采用日式梁柱式結構。

The office room uses the log dwelling structure, while the breathing and rehabilitation room use the Japanese beam and column structure,becouse of the high requirement of airtightness and heat preservation for the building.
